Enter your name and surname in CAPITAL LETTERS. Please ensure your name is typed exactly as it appears on your ticket/booking confirmation. Avoid using special characters (e.g., umlauts like ä, ü, ö or Turkish characters ç, ı, ğ, ö, ş, ü). Instead, use: ä = ae, ü = ue, ö = oe; ç = c, ı = i, ğ = g, ö = o, ş = s, ü = u. Please do not leave any spaces after your information. If you have two or more first names or surnames, please try entering both together and separately to ensure successful entry.

The Online Check-in is available for flights departing from: All Airports in Germany, all Airports in Turkey*, Amsterdam, Basel, Venice, Vienna and Zurich.
